My journey into the world of culinary arts began at the age of seventeen, when I embarked on my first internship in the kitchen of a renowned restaurant in Kolkata, India. This early exposure ignited a lifelong passion, and I knew then that I had found my calling.

For the past seven years, I’ve worked with some of Seattle’s finest Indian restaurants, building a loyal customer base and honing my expertise in the industry. Now, I’m ready to take the next step in my journey. My vision is to create something truly unique—a space where I can combine my culinary expertise, creativity, and passion for hospitality to bring a fresh experience to the Pacific Northwest area.
